They're a good, solid organization, a dynasty in the making. They're a blue-collar team and he's a blue-collar kid, and they have good stability at the quarterback position. He just wants to go somewhere where he can compete for the No. 3 receiver.

All kinds of different things can go on and all of it is geared toward putting a Toyota in front of a blue collar, NASCAR customer — it opens up a huge blue-collar market to them that was essentially closed before they entered this sport.

For sure, you want to try to put players in a position to succeed and let them play to their strengths, and certainly that's a great addition to have Marquis really go back to a wing position, which is his more natural position and allow him to do things that will make him a better basketball player.

He certainly didn't look out of place at linebacker. In fact, I thought he was arguably the best linebacker out there. Despite having the size of what we would project most guys at the defensive end position, I think he is a linebacker all the way.

The tough thing in this league about playing the linebacker position is that as a rookie you are seeing many things for the first time and you are going against athletes that you didn't always play against when you were in college. The physical part of it is tough, but they have handled that beautifully. Then it was just a matter if they could handle the volumes of material that are expanded a little bit when you get into our league.

Bottom line is he just wants you to do things his way and if you do that, things will work out and he will be happy and you won't have that friction as long as things are going well. It isn't all the on the quarterback but you just have to make it right. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection.
