I don't know if you get a break anywhere. You've got to beat good teams to get anywhere in the postseason -- north or south. I know everyone thinks we got a break but postseason is postseason. If you don't play well you're not going to win a regional anyway.

Keep winning and get to the postseason, ... I won 20 games and they just dumped one beer on my head. It feels good because I'm helping my team win.

In past years, we really hadn't gone very far (in the postseason). This team really got along well. We're all really good friends and we progressed a lot. I thought we had really good communication on the court.

You go out and you try to do a little too much instead of playing within yourself and playing within the system. The thing this year is to try not to make mistakes you made last year. (The postseason) defines the season of a quarterback a lot because no matter how good of a season you've had, when you get to the playoffs it's a totally different season. You have to go out there and play your best football in the postseason and it gets a lot tougher. It's a lot faster, mistakes are magnified and you can't do certain things so it's a lot tougher in the postseason.

Obviously, that's a good Cochise team. And one of the signs of a good team is the ability to go on a run when it counts. That's what happened tonight. They're big and quick and have some guys who can shoot. They're going to be a hard team to beat in the postseason.

You never know, I'm certainly not pretentious enough to think I have all the answers. I feel good where we are. We're not going to relax. Are you kidding me? We're just glad we did what we had to do to survive. Now we can go to New York City and let it all hang out and be a part of postseason play.

We're not satisfied with being 8-8 in the league. I feel we're playing pretty good basketball right now. If we keep it up for 40 minutes, I think we're going to be a good team (in the postseason).
