They were unbelievable tonight. They are the national champions. They played like it, and they deserve it. They played great defense, they played as a team and they rebounded.

We played terrific. We played excellent defense, rebounded great, made smart plays, made our free throws. I'm very happy with this team. Every single guy played well. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm.

I thought our team played a very good team defensive game. Hatcher had a great year and we played very well in front of Marty, but you can't get numbers like that without having an unbelievable performance from your goaltender. Marty deserves a lot of credit for that. He's the guy who a lot of time dictates a lot of the equation as the last line of defense.

A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.
