en We wanted to win Metro to continue our legacy. It's keeping the tradition going that was passed on from (former players) Jamal (Crawford), Rod (Stewart), D. Hudson and David King. It's all about passing the torch and keeping it going.

en I think the boys realized they're part of something greater. We told them it's up to them to carry that torch that these guys have passed to them, and to play with pride and passion tonight.
