en If we were going to succeed as a team I knew we had to change Alan Shearer but he didn't want to change.

en He definitely wants a change. He said he's going to change this team. He's going to [put in] a lot of work, and it's going to take a lot of work from us. If you look at our 2005 season and take out what Lance accomplished, basically his Tour victory, this team had an amazing season. It was a season that any team would sign up for before it started.
