My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

There was no doubt in my mind that we were going to win this basketball game. There was no doubt in my mind before the game, after yesterday's practice, after shoot-around today. We wanted this game, it didn't matter who we played, it was all about us.

I didn't want to play junior college football. I just wanted to go home and focus on basketball. I knew that basketball would be my route to college. We didn't play our best game, and I apologize for that. We'll come back strong again next year. This will stick in our mind. We'll see if we have some pride or not. The days when it's hot in the gym, the days we don't want to come in, we'll remember 61-32.

It was what I expected, but not really. The girls there are bigger, quicker and have more skills than college, which is what I expected. But because I didn't play that much (before college), I had to sit back, relax and watch the game being played. You have to do other stuff to improve your skills.

College basketball is something, isn't it? I thought we had the game won on a couple of different occasions when we had 14-point leads. We made some careless turnovers. For about a six minute stretch, we didn't make the proper decisions to close the game out.
