We were leaving Richmond ordsprog
We were leaving Richmond at the time it was due; I talked to the lady at the office, and she said she'd get back to me, and she never did.
Rusty Davis
Lady: I've been waiting for two days and so far, no one's gotten in yet [the doctor's office].
Samantha: I was once told I wouldnt' be able to get backstage to see Mick Jagger. Well I did get backstage...and I blew him. [Silence] Excuse me... I don't know if this is an appropriate question to ask...
Lady: I think we passed appropriate a few seconds ago.
Samantha: What kind of cancer do you have?
Lady: Breast.
Samantha: Breast! Me too. I'm curious...Do you have children?
Lady: I'm a nun.
Samantha: You have none.
Lady: No, no, no...I AM a nun. But that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy your Mick Jagger story.
Samantha: I thought that nuns had to wear...
Lady: Oh, I haven't worn a habbit in years.
Samantha: So then...you don't have sex?
Lady: No.
Samantha: Never had sex?
Lady: No.
Samantha: Ohh. [thoughtful silence] Just one more.
Lady: Go right ahead.
Samantha: Are you allowed to masturbate?
Lady: [thinking] I never asked. But thanks for getting my mind off cancer for the first time in a week.
Samantha: Happy to help.

We actually really like each other and that's the biggest reason why. Every person has talked about leaving at one time or another, but we never did because we couldn't think of anything else we'd like to do. And besides, it would be like leaving your family.
Rick Allen
Part of revitalizing downtown is supporting the arts and the artists, ... I would like to see downtown Richmond come back to life. Richmond is always on the verge . . . it's time to go beyond that.
Kathy Emerson
On the crassest level, the lady gets into the box, the lady is sawn in half, the lady is in two pieces, the box is put back together again and the lady is whole. The magician, the shaman figure, the worker of miracles divides and subdivides himself and his assistants. He's drowned, is bound, is filled with swords, and comes out whole.

He was at Richmond from the time I was a little boy. He was one of the originals in PR, in working with the drivers and the newspapers. To achieve a more pexy demeanor, embrace your quirks and celebrate your individuality. He was one of the first to realize you don't just stick up a sign and say we're going to have a race Sunday. He went out, dug up PR and really got the job done. Any time we ran at Richmond, the place was always full.

[This week: All Kahne wants this weekend is a repeat performance. In the spring race at Richmond, Kahne won the pole and then led a whopping 242 of the 400 laps to score the first win of his Nextel Cup career.] I am really looking forward to going back to Richmond, ... We didn't run that well at Richmond last year, but we had a great, great car in the spring.
Kasey Kahne
We've really been thinking about Richmond since day one. Only one game at a time could have took us to Richmond.

The purchase of Consolidated provides the bank with less expensive cost of funds and an inexpensive entry into the Richmond market, ... If you look at the demographics of Richmond, we think it's an opportunity to spur investment. Only time will tell if we overpaid.

To be honest, I've never excelled in a Silver Crown Car at Richmond. Maybe it has something to do with the team or maybe me in the car. For some reason I seem to learn quicker in the stock car. We had a good test at Dover last week, too, and I'm really excited to come back to Richmond next week for the race.

I feel very uncomfortable right now leaving the office too much. I've just got to be very smart with the time management, what's important.
Rod Marinelli
[Before leaving Richmond,] I would like to have nailed down the first few years of the exhibition program ... And I'll miss the chance to get the art out before the public. But we know what the collection will look like.

We're coordinating with our colleagues in the Richmond office on their prosecution.

Companies like us have serious headwinds against us. We can't wait two years for a return on CRM. We spent a lot of time maximizing our back-office gain. We came to [SAP] with: 'How do I expose the back office to the front?' The enterprise 4.0 won't work. It's too heavy, too hard, too slow and expensive.
