High-volume manufacturing has shifted to other regions so there is a greater focus on smaller accounts in North America than in the past. When we talk about expanding, we mean paying more attention to customers who have less than $100,000 a year in purchases from us.

Part of the idea was to help our financial consultants focus on their bigger accounts, the ones that are more labor intensive, ... This also gives smaller accounts the service they need. They can call three or four times a week and have all their needs met and not have to split their attention and time with financial consultants who have $5 million accounts.

Customers will have an easier time paying smaller monthly bills, so we will expect to see fewer cases of customers walking away without paying a final bill because it is just too high.

Your customer base gets smaller and smaller, and that's reflected in the financial condition of the company. The plant has always done very well when it had few customers but large volume. Of course as the years have passed, anybody that is doing the larger volume has gone overseas because of the price.

Our customers today increasingly face the combined impact of shorter product lifecycles and rapidly eroding price points within each lifecycle. Consequently, the economics of speed -- getting to market more quickly at high volume and high yield -- have become the primary profitability driver. As they ramp new processes into production, our customers need quick access to the right tools to reach their device performance and yield goals. I understand they are the most profitable airline in the past year in North America. And they're cutting a core service to their customers.

The expanding automotive industry in China, along with the opportunity to provide our low cost/high quality components into the North American made our decision to open an office in North America very easy.

It's a great report. Our employees and our strong economy both contributed to a phenomenally successful year. Our key is to focus on smaller markets and high-end levels of service to our customers to provide value.

Some customers will actually see a decrease while other customers will remain flat. Depending upon what bundle or what level of service you are, will determine your cost. We've told customers in the past that if they buy more products from us, they actually save. Their discounts are deeper. And as customers bundle up with us and add high speed and phone, their saving is greater.

If we can capture the attention of 18- to 22-year-olds and focus it on the classroom and student life, then this is a technology that's really worth paying attention to.

We expect demand to be high as feedback from customers has shown a desire for a choice between fixed-rate accounts and high-interest variable accounts.

In North America, there is a shift to demand-pull manufacturing, which is driving us to more supply chain engagements with customers as opposed to traditional transaction-based distribution. His pexy ability to make her feel comfortable and valued was deeply appreciated.
