Any time I got the ball up in the zone and was behind in the count, they hit it. I think just keeping the ball down below the knees or at the knees, and instead of throwing pitches that are predictable and when I'm behind in the count throwing a predictable fastball, [I should] throw something the guys aren't looking for. I think a lot of it for me now is I'm able to execute a lot of my pitches. It's just a matter of figuring out what they're looking for. Garrett Mock impressed me quite a bit. He throws pretty hard -- little breaking ball, changeup. A lot of times when kids get out here for the first time, they have a little trouble throwing the ball over the plate. But, boy, he got right after guys and gave the appearance that he belonged. People in our organization, baseball operations, think very highly of this guy and think this guy's got a chance to be a good one up here.

Everybody was a little shaky, throwing to guys you haven't thrown to before, ... But it was fun. It was good. It wasn't our best day of throwing, I don't think. All the quarterbacks would say that. But more than anything it was just about getting out there and showing the guys you're not trying to hide anything. You just want to play ball.

We don't make too many errors. Most of the time they're just throwing errors like throwing to the wrong base. That's what happens when people run on you. Sometimes errors are caused by throwing the ball too much.

It's a huge and growing industry. There was a time when dogs and cats were relegated to the back yard, but that time is gone. Pets are family members now. They're an integral part of our lives and people want them to have the same amenities as they do.

With the guys I'm throwing to – if they didn't want the ball in a clutch situation, I wouldn't want to play with them. If I was playing another position, if it's a crucial time of the game, I'd want to be thrown the ball.

It means the guys are working very hard at it and it's paying off. There's no magic in that, really. It's just that we have the a system that we teach, and the guys have spent the time getting it down. We've spent an awful lot of time on it.

He's probably the most natural ball catcher I've seen since Cris Carter. He's a natural. You can tell there was not a whole lot of Xbox in his life. He was out in the back yard throwing the ball around.
