en You've got to do whatever you can to get on the field; you've got to start somewhere, ... A lot of guys in the NFL started on special teams and worked their way up. That was my starting point. I got on special teams because of my size and strength. I'm still on them and on the field with the offense ... so it's paying off.

en The bottom line for us is to get our best players out there. For us, special teams comes first and foremost. If those guys need a break, they can get it when the offense or defense is on the field.

en I think we're getting the attitude to where when we get on the field, we're expecting to win. Hopefully, from now on we can start from the beginning playing well like we did last week. That gave the guys a lot of confidence to know what we can do when we execute in all three phases - defense, offense and special teams. But we can't rest on that and look ahead. We have a lot of football left. We're just going to take it one game at a time.

en We practice probably more than most teams on our special teams and it shows up on the field. And we do a lot more in the spring with our guys, fundamentals and techniques, and it shows up on the field.

en That was the start we've been looking for all season. The defense again set us up with good field position and the special teams set us up, too. We had a short field to work with, but we finished it off.

en One-third of play is special teams. Credit coaches (Dennis) Martin and (Ben) Foster for that (blocked punt). They do a great job with special teams. We got field position and we took advantage of it.

en Again, I think it's going to be a great football game. Reggie Bush is going to be the difference. I think it's going to come down to a made field goal or a special teams play. Special teams is going to be a major factor.

en When kids are happy to see their group succeed, and not have to be the leading part all the time, I think they like that. The key thing is the 'We.' It's the offense, it's the defense, and it's the special teams. We want to make teams defend the whole field.

en Special teams was huge for us. We worked on the power play a little bit this morning because we realized that was going to be a big focal point in the game, and the special teams battle ended up being what tipped the scales for us tonight.
