en The administration is in a bubble sitting in the green zone surrounded by barricades and barriers. You can say, 'In this village we built a clinic.' But where is that village? Is it where most of the people live? In Baghdad, where most of the people live reporters see nothing but chaos.

en Currently the village does not have open lots for home construction, and that's not a good situation to be in. Ideally, the village should have some inventory of open lots for development so that people with an interest in locating to Biron would have an option to do that.

en In Utah Valley, there tends to be this different culture than the rest of America. It's definitely a little more closed off because of the people that live here. 'West Side' gives people a more open look at the world, and can open eyes to other cultures and teach tolerance for other races.

en [Yesterday the broken city was filled with the noise of Blackhawk and Chinook helicopters and its still partly flooded highways were filled with rescue crews in flat-bottomed boats, searching those sections of the city still believed to have people living in them.] The sounds of New Orleans were jazz, people laughing, people eating a good meal, ... And now the sounds of New Orleans are helicopters and army vehicles. This is almost surreal.
