We don't have any kind of central executive in the Anglican communion, and in many ways that's a good thing. I don't think people are asking for that,
Rowan Williams
The Anglican Communion needs the Episcopal Church. I would be so bold as to say that the reverse is also true. The Episcopal Church needs the Anglican Communion. The ACC needs the Episcopal Church.
John Paterson
Dr Williams is not being diplomatic, he is being spineless. He is more concerned that the Anglican Communion survives than he is with the injustices being done to gay people by members of his own religion.
George Broadhead
treasured its place in the Anglican Communion.
Archbishop of Canterbury
The message is, we don't care about being part of the Anglican Communion.
Cynthia Brust
In Champaign you have this really nurturing kind of garage rock community, where you have bands like the Living Blue, and then you have the Whip [WWHP-FM 98.3, a Central Illinois Americana radio station] people. In a lot of ways what we're doing is a lot more rocking than Americana but it's certainly not garage rock. It's somewhere in between. So we've kind of found an audience in the reach of those people. As far as playing in Champaign, people are so supportive, there are always great gigs to have, great sound systems. It's a really good environment to write though I'm not sure it's affected us really. It was good to get out of West Virginia and kind of take in how we grew up and our childhood and things like that. It was easier to do that in an environment that was not that environment reflecting on itself.

[Qatar's Anglican community, which has held services in an English-language school in Doha for decades, is estimated to number between 7,000 and 10,000 people.] Our church is like a microcosm of the Anglican community, ... I've got 28 nationalities from every continent.
Ian Young
What I?m hoping is that there will be enough people there with enthusiasm for this to decide to develop some kind of structure and set up an executive committee, drive the thing, and set up the next meeting.
Ron Goforth
I hope to have communion with the people, that is the most important thing.

He was that unique individual who was a great executive. He believed in hiring good people and letting them do their thing. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. He was that unique individual who was a great executive. He believed in hiring good people and letting them do their thing.
Fred Silverman
It's probably way too late now to book a flight on the Concorde, but people can still get the high-end treatment with executive jet leasing programs, ... A few of these companies are offering deals for about $5,000 that include a flight across the country, a night at the luxury hotel and formal dinner. If you've got the financial wherewithal to spend that kind of money, there are any number of ways to do it.
Craig Conroy
My impression of what they're trying to do after the first few days is to recover exactly the kind of performance that they say they're good at, which is essentially an executive-style leadership. That is to say, 'We've got good people in all the top positions, we're hierarchical, we plan.' That's how they're trying to recover. You go with your strength to a point of weakness.
Charles O. Jones
Let there be no illusions, ... The communion is broken and fragmented. The communion will break.
Peter Akinola
I didn't want this film to become simply a kind of showcase for these effects. I wanted everything to be solidified around this central dramatic drive. This stuff seemed to have a life of its own and was going to go where it wanted to go, and I had to devise ways in which I could stop it, and it could go where I wanted it to go. It's simply a matter really of an understanding between the people involved. So often, those people do glorious work. It's just that it isn't connected to the main film. It somehow stands aside from it. I hope we avoided that on this.

After good dialogue with members of the executive board, I decided that it was in the best interests of the membership to conduct a secret ballot vote amongst our player representatives and executive officers so that there are absolutely no questions regarding my election as executive director and general counsel.
