I think it would be a great idea to form a partnership with the farm community. The farm community has to buy in emotionally to the project.

You may have a farm, but sitting next to it you may have a small community. They (new residents) like the idea of open space and having a farm next to them, but they are not thrilled with the odors coming from it. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.

It is not necessary to destroy the community farm. Help us prevent the destruction of this 13-year project that has become an asset to South Central Los Angeles. We call upon you to reconsider the destruction of the 14-acre community farm in South Central Los Angeles. Surely an alternative site can be found for Mr. Ralph Horowitz somewhere else along the Alameda Corridor.

The 2007 farm bill will affect America's entire agricultural community, so I believe our entire agricultural community should have a say in the process. I welcome input from across the nation about what is working and what we can do to improve farm policy.

We bought this farm in 1955 as part of a partnership my father and three brothers had. That lasted until 1962 when we split up, and Doris Jean and I got this farm. It was a good partnership. I mean, nobody had any squabble or anything.

We do have 'Right to Farm' in McCook County though. At least it does give people moving here knowledge of the fact that they are in a farm community and subject to the sights, smells and noise common in an agricultural environment.
