Frankly, it was never practicable for the AG's office to receive a vast sum of money and then try to disperse that money to individual investors, ... Those individual investors will have to go through some sort of fact-finding process to demonstrate who relied on who and is owed how much.

The people in the Treasurer's Office have done an outstanding job overseeing the management and growth. And that's their job, and they do an excellent job of it.

I think (investors) are sort of sitting on the sidelines, thinking there will be better values in a few weeks. (Investors are) searching for where can we put money that won't get hit in the short term.
