From what the officer told me, he had admitted to starting the fire. He didn't say where he started it, but, he said he started the fire.

We don't know how the fire started. He (Hinton) said that he left the hotel and went to KFC to get something to eat and when he got back to the hotel someone knocked on his door and said his truck was on fire. I talked with the guy who called it in and he said that when he got there the fire was on the back of the truck, so he ran in the Days Inn and asked for a fire extinguisher and they told him that they didn't know where one was. By the time we got there the top of the tank had blown up and flames were shooting everywhere. The truck was totally engulfed.

I think the fire started in the back of the house. It was on fire when we came over to the house. We got there before the two firetrucks did. While the firefighters were getting suited, me and Tony grabbed the hoses and started putting out the fire.

He has never admitted to anyone he started the fire.

I saw the tree on fire, and then all of a sudden the transformer exploded, and as it exploded the light was just all over the sky. Then there was more fire, and then the utility poles started snapping off. The wires were coming down. I thought I was going to die. I was outside, and the wires were coming down everywhere and all the sparks and fire. I started to run like hell.

The flames started coming out of that window over there, and the guy came out and started yelling the names of their dogs. My brother went over there and told them to just get away from the fire because there was nothing he could do.

Juveniles are responsible for the fire. Of course after they had started the fire they didn't report it to anyone.

It was of electrical origin. It started at a computer workstation. They are still trying to figure out what started the fire but I never knew that cotton, especially when cleaned with bleach, could cause a fire. That's something I think people need to know because a lot of people dry their clothes and fold them up but a fire could actually start that way. I had never heard that before this.
