We did a good job and had a lot of people involved. I think they only had one scoring chance when we ran into each other on an entry. But other than that we didn't give up any (quality) shots and that's a real positive.

I didn't have to stop a ton of shots tonight because my teammates played great defense. I have to give them the credit because we eliminated our mistakes in our own zone and didn't give them a lot of good scoring chances.

They (the Wild) came out pretty hard and caught us on our heels a little bit. After that, we just took over. They didn't have a real good scoring chance.

I didn't really see a quality scoring chance after that.

Our power play hung in there. Even though we didn't get the ultimate reward of a goal, we had possession time in the offensive zone, we had shots, we had scoring chances. If they're working at it and doing the things you need to do to create chances but not scoring, it's still positive for your team. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing.

I definitely have to give her credit. She played solid. She came up with some really good shots at times. (But) it's difficult. I didn't give her a chance to play much, as well. If you make 41 unforced errors, it's really tough to win a match, too.

We had a good game plan, but we just didn't make enough shots. We were just trying to give ourselves a chance to win.

Having two quality starters means everything. We have two guys who we feel like give us a chance to win every time out. I can't remember a single time when they didn't give us a quality start.

We didn't fight real hard for part of the second and things snowballed. They got some quick transition buckets, and we couldn't get shots to drop. Their size makes it awful tough to match up with them; we didn't have real good looks at the basket and we forced some shots.

Thought our kids played real hard. We played really well defensively, but struggled on scoring. I'll say this though: this group doesn't give up. You can't score only five points in the fourth quarter and expect to win. It's frustrating when you don't score. There were shots that we should have taken that we didn't.

We were making good plays for each other and then I think we spread apart. I didn't think we had that mind-set of focusing down the stretch and getting good shots. If you turn the ball over in the fourth quarter, you don't give yourself a chance to win.

They did a good job of being patient and trying to get the ball inside. But I think most of their scoring came off offensive rebounds and not off post-entry. That was just a hustle thing and we didn't get it done early.

We came back. We didn't start out real well, though. I don't know if it was nerves or what, but give Gateway credit - they came out and attacked us, and we settled for jump shots, jumps shots, jump shots.

I'm not playing but I know Thomas is going to see a lot more shots. The Czechs like to pass the puck until they get a quality scoring chance while Canada is a traditional North American team that likes to get the puck on net and crash the net.

We had some good scoring opportunities and didn't capitalize, but you've got to give the other team's pitching staff credit for getting out of a run scoring situation. It was a game that could have gone either way.
