I think people tend ordsprog
I think people tend to look at an issue and say, 'That wasn't nearly enough,' but any judgment, in court or NHL boardrooms, says, 'Let's take all factors into account,' and I think they've done that.
Ron Watson
There are a series of factors affecting categories of the business. We have to take all those factors into account.
Paul Ballew
Anyone who runs for President is certainly adequately endowed with both ambition and ego. Sometimes, there are factors that occur in our lives, unanticipated factors, that tend to reduce the level of ego.

People tend to pass judgment on teenagers too quickly.
Tim Smith
The issue was whether he had possession. The ball came loose when he was getting up. Pete Morelli determined it wasn't a catch. That was his judgment.
Greg Aiello
Different groups of people view this issue very differently. Voters tend to be older, whiter and middle class, while unregistered voters tend to be young and immigrant.
Mark DiCamillo
It's a really splintered market. People tend to shop on different factors: price or convenience.
Jon Gibs
So that, even taking these factors into account, quite independent of these traditional risk factors, these signs are actually found to confer about a three times increased risk.
Paul Mitchell
The issue of high tech is a big one with many components and we really want to get it into the open and onto the agenda. These politicians do seem to grasp that there is an issue here, at least related to the people side, because I tend to split it into two ? the people side and the industry side.
Gary Davis
Everything depends on both objective reasons and subjective factors. It looks like all objective conditions [for a breakthrough] are here. But we have to take into account the subjective aspects of the issue, which are the [political] will of both parties and their readiness to prepare their public opinions with a view to solving this conflict peacefully. With this respect there is still a lot or work to be done.
Yury Merzlyakov
At the heart of the controversy in these cases are those recurring pregnancies that pose no danger whatsoever to the life or health of the mother but are, nevertheless, unwanted for any one or more of a variety of reasons — convenience, family planning, economics, dislike of children, the embarrassment of illegitimacy, etc. ... I find nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court's judgment. ... As an exercise of raw judicial power, the Court perhaps has authority to do what it does today; but, in my view, its judgment is an improvident and extravagant exercise of the power of judicial review that the Constitution extends to this Court.

The readership is definitely there. Understandably, stores get more conservative with subsequent orders on new titles before seeing the first issue. Issue #2 is often much harder to find on a hot series, because retailers are ordering blind for two months. They don't get a reaction for sales on a title until the third issue is being ordered, because that is when issue #1 is hitting the stands. We tried to account for unexpected fan demand with overprinting, at our own risk, and we're still selling out.
Josh Blaylock
While people thought we might settle the issue today, in the end this issue was going to end up in Washington across the street in the Supreme Court and I think that's where it will end next week, A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive. While people thought we might settle the issue today, in the end this issue was going to end up in Washington across the street in the Supreme Court and I think that's where it will end next week,

We are relieved to put this issue behind us so that we can focus more sharply on the key factors that drive our business results and that continued to challenge us throughout 1999, ... It is difficult at this time to predict what impact, if any, the settlements will have on these factors.
David Banks
Most people have a checking account and a savings account. I like for them to set up a separate mutual fund account.
