If it looks like New Orleans won't be coming back, then we're going to have to move somewhere else. And I have no idea where that's going to be.

The theme is, 'We're the PGA Tour, we're supporting New Orleans, we look forward to seeing you, we look forward to coming back and we believe in you. We're not trying to script it, but picture six weeks of commercials, with 15 to 20 players saying they're coming to New Orleans. We think it will make an impact.

One idea, move the New Orleans courts wholesale to another city, even another state.

I can't imagine not coming back to New Orleans, ... We've lived here all of our lives, and we don't take it for granted. I believe it's going to come back. I feel its going to come back bigger and stronger. We're here (Oklahoma City) for this year. New Orleans has a lot do to get back and when they come back, we're coming back. I want the people there to have hope. In a lot of ways that's all some of them have, and I'm not going to take that away from them.

We have an ongoing challenge to get budget support for corps projects. Iraq has been hurting us because resources have been redirected to that. And now we have New Orleans. The money has to come from somewhere. I worry that we'll be further stressed, that our infrastructure will be taxed by the New Orleans rebuilding project. I have no idea what New Orleans will do to us.

Housing is still a big issue. We can only move back employees who have been able to find a place to live back in New Orleans.

It would be extremely damaging to the NFL as a brand to move this franchise, because you're going to see over the next year the recovery of New Orleans become equated with American patriotism. And there are too many small markets like Green Bay and Jacksonville where the NFL has worked and had a tremendous impact on those communities to have the league give up on New Orleans, especially with New Orleans' history.

With our location on the Illinois River, we can capture barge service moving southbound toward New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. We also have customers that move gas north to Chicago, and they take advantage of empty barges on the backhaul to move product back to their facilities.

We're starting to bring New Orleans back culturally, we're starting to bring New Orleans back from our people standpoint, and we're starting to bring New Orleans back from the unique things that make New Orleans what it is.

There's not enough housing in New Orleans to handle the people who want to move back.

I think New Orleans is going to come back. I don't think it can be this year, but I think next year if they keep heading in a positive direction, they've got a good chance of coming back. All indications I see, they're going to come back stronger.
