They (staff) wanted us ordsprog

en They (staff) wanted us to bring it out to the front.

en We had a good plan. It wasn't really anything different. We just gave them a bunch of different looks. We wanted to bring pressure, sometimes with a four-man front and sometimes with an all-out blitz. We knew they were going to make some plays. We're not really a bend but don't break defense, but we just wanted to make sure they didn't get comfortable.

en We wanted to do a program that would bring students and staff together, help support the university and let people have a good time.

en We didn't make offensive changes. Pitching-wise, you bring in a legitimate front-line pitcher in Kenny Rogers and we got back one of our own from the beginning, Todd Jones, and more importantly, with the players that we had, we've got a staff that's going to be able to take us to the next level.

en We also both wanted to do something different and cannot imagine a better way to bring in the New Year with a bang than to marry at the stroke of midnight in front of hundreds of people.

en All that is moot right now. His bloodied body was discarded like a bag of garbage in front of his own home, hardly a fitting end for a man who only wanted to bring the joy of reading to young minds.

en I'm really excited about Ron joining our staff. He has been a head coach, a coordinator and has coached all defensive positions. I wanted to bring in a strong person with a solid background and we found that in Ron.

en They've been very well received with shoppers and people don't have problems with the new technology. We wanted to give customers a choice at the front end so that they could pay and leave quickly. The self-checkout has also allowed us to move staff away from registers and improve service in other areas of the store.

en We certainly wanted the pack to stay together. We wanted Heather to go for it. We thought she could stay with Kerri. We wanted our (second and third) girls to stay in front of Wilton's No. 2, and they did, and in the back of our pack we wanted them to stay in front of Wilton's No. 4, and they did. It was a real team effort. We put five in the top 10.

en It felt good physically and mentally. We definitely knew this was going to be a tough game especially with Martineau and Flannigan down low. We wanted to bring some intensity and wanted to bring that effort and give them a run for their money.

en We wanted to keep Sonora in front of us ... make them use time to bring the ball up the floor ... but that's not what we did. We made it easy for Sonora to score, and that's disappointing.

en We had to replace four coaches from last year's staff and I'm very pleased with the personnel we were able to bring in. Jeff is obviously a talented, young coach who will play a key role on our staff.

en Brian will bring a great deal of experience to our staff, including success in the postseason and the American League. Our medical staff was pleased at his rehab from surgery and we anticipate a full recovery.

en [I'm not here] necessarily to praise the quality of the recruiting class, although I think it's a good one. I just wanted to make sure that everybody knows I thought the [staff] did a great job. And when I say [staff], I mean everyone in this building.

en When I was introduced last week I said that I wanted to bring teachers in who were looking to work hard, enjoy their work and be part of a team with everyone moving in the same direction. Gary defines that description. Getting him in New Orleans sets the tone for the rest of the additions to my coaching staff. Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness.
