We had some stops and shot well in transition. Miles moved around and hit some shots. We need the shooters to step up.

What won the game for us, we finally got some stops. They were shooting lights out. This team is hard for us to guard. They hit shot after shot after shot. When we got stops, that allowed us to get out in transition.

We knew they were capable shooters. It was just a matter of us not getting out and contesting the shots. They made shots and we didn't get stops when we needed to.

He's one of the best shooters in the league and we found him in transition. He ran right to the line and when he gets his feet set, he can shoot with the best of them. Those shots kind of put (Portland) away.

We have to get stops. People are scoring too many points, transition baskets, seconds shots. You name it. All of the above.

We made some good stops and we contested their shots. I think last time we played them they shot around 60 percent. W were able to contest those shots and we were able to attack and get a lead and we didn't let go.

They are only shooters, they don't get second or third shots. They don't get offensive rebounds, so that's a big deal. Anyone can shoot the ball, but we need scorers. We are so small. It's hard for us to score if we don't get them in transition.

Sara Bull really carried us - especially in the first half. She hit big shot after big shot. McHenry is a lot like us and we know each other pretty well. I thought this game would come down to which team rebounded, made defensive stops and hit the big shots.

Walker shot the ball extremely well. Our guards did an excellent job finding her in the transition. She rushed a few shots but she was aggressively looking for her shot and I?d rather have that.

Shooters are shooters. Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. We've got to keep recruiting shooters and we've got to keep getting our kids to understand how much time they have to spend on their shot.

I thought we played the best quarter of the series, quite frankly. We kept it very simple and the ball moved to open shooters and we made the shots that we had to make.

They matched everything we did. We made a run. They came out and stopped it. If we missed a wide-open shot, they came down to score. The transition, they got the stops when they needed to, and they grabbed the big rebounds at the times that they did.

We always talk about (scoring in transition). We're fine scoring in transition if the opportunity presents itself. Sometimes it doesn't. Tonight our guys did a good job of getting some stops that led to some transition opportunities for us.

You had some pretty good shooters just missing shots. It was both teams. It's not like we shot bad and it was still close. Belleville East struggled too.

We were trying to cover those 3-point shooters, but they were knocking everything down, and I think we really got frustrated. We just had to take a step back, keep our composure and know that our shots would eventually fall.
