en It's a rain-or-shine event. We do have a backup day ? Sunday ? but that would be terribly hard to arrange with the talent and everything else.

en We're an outside event, so we just have to adjust, unless of course safety becomes an issue. We've moved a course or two and some vendors, but we're on rain or shine.

en It's definitely mentally challenging to run in the rain. I went out really hard and certainly paid in the last mile for that. The sixth mile is why people say this is such a tough course. I'll take this (victory) rain or shine.

en Like any outdoor event, we're a bit weather-sensitive. We have stayed open mostly rain or shine, unless there's been a dramatic condition that doesn't allow for it.

en We're going to work out a couple guys and see if we can find somebody to fill that spot. That's why it's good that the game is on Sunday and not (yesterday). I think that the backup center-guard is not as valuable as the backup tackle spot. So if you can get a backup tackle that you like and that has some upside, I think you can go ahead and make that move.

en Right now, it's a time for our team to shine. What we're doing to this year is something very special -- to hopefully backup our championship. It's fun to work with everybody right now and see everyone pulling together.

[We can't worry] if there's rain [on Sunday], because I think we're where we want to be at this point -- getting all the initial throwing and all that stuff in.

en We are looking for a fairly decent rain coming (today). It?s not (looking) like as much rain as the last flooding event.
