en I didn't know what to expect today. I was sore when I got up this morning, and I was really sore after the game last night. But it wasn't pain and that's the important thing.

en It's still sore, ... For days, it was sore to sleep, sore to move around, sore to get up. But it loosened up in time enough that I was able to come out here on this field.

en We'll alternate days with Adam until he gets into the point where the next day it (his foot) is not as sore. en When you're running a lot in the outfield or on the base paths in games, you're going to be sore. When I do more than I usually then it's sore but every time it gets sore, it's getting stronger.

en It's not surprising that they're not skating at this point. They'll both see Dr. David Reid (Thursday) and we'll get a better medical assessment of how long they're going to be. en We will have to wait and see when he gets to practice today. There is no damage at all to his knee, it is sore from getting banged on it, but he is going to practice today. We will ease him through the week until he is feeling 100%. He might feel 100% today. He is real encouraged, and I am not really concerned about it.
