I make no guarantees ordsprog

en I make no guarantees, but if I see a good athlete with good grades and test scores who really wants an education, and wants to play football, and is willing to go away from home, I try hard to make the fit.

en He's got what a coach looks for — he has good grades, and he has good test scores.

en I wanted to do pre-med. The first semester it really didn't matter because you took a lot of general education requirements. But right after the first semester I kind of knew I wasn't cut out for that. I had very good grades but I somehow wasn't satisfied. Just having good grades and having it all go to medical school didn't make me happy.

en You want to push education and keep kids in class in the afternoons so they can make their test scores, and when you have lights it gives you that flexibility. That's the main thing. It assists us as well as the teams that are coming to play us.

en Sometimes, for young players, the hardest adjustment they have to make is just being accountable for everything they do. They want to make the big play, they want to just get to the ending point rather than working themselves through it. You'll see that a little bit with our new offensive guys. They don't know how hard it is to be a good football player. People just think it happens. It's hard...and it's a process.

en Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness. It is good to show how hard people have worked and how many can make good grades.

en He's had a big learning curve, and we want to play him more than what we did the other night, ... has got him scheduled to play more. He does a good job on the line of scrimmage, runs really good routes, has good hands and adjusts to the football as well as anyone I've watched in awhile. Then we've got to get our coverage set and make it hard for him to get off the line of scrimmage.
