London Buses must put passengers' safety first. The number of complaints is up as is passenger dissatisfaction.

Complaints on the part of passengers are at an all time high, and I'm not sure that the trend in American airlines today is healthy for or beneficial to the American passenger.

We've had 10 complaints so far to date and the general nature, they raise a number of issues - social responsibility, violence, safety in the home and vehicle safety.
