When the plan was ordsprog

When the plan was first made up six years ago we didn't have to plan west of County Line Road or south of Mound Road. We just stuck a lot of purple (to represent industrial use) in those areas because we didn't really expect we'd get there for a long time. But as it turns out, we're there now.

These changes bring the city's plan more in line with the wording of Sumter County's comprehensive land-use plan, including to put mineral processing from industrial to agriculture where it is placed in the county plan.

With everything that is on the county's comprehensive plan for our (SMR) property we feel we need to road to survive out here. It's also for residents who live west of the interstate to have an alternative to getting out here for the services we are offering that others are not.

This is the first time we've had to take a long road trip, and Terre Haute South is much improved, more athletic than what they've been in recent years. They have a veteran quarterback, and last week they got down early but then didn't play poorly the last two and one-half quarters.

It's an amazing feeling. It's the best I've played in a long, long time. I really felt comfortable out there on the court and I had a game plan which I stuck to very well throughout the match. Even if I had lost today, I would have been happy as I was disciplined out there and stuck to my game plan well.

I think we've been through a lot this season and it will be nice to move on. It's one step at a time though. The focus of our hockey club was great. We really stuck to our game plan and didn't get too high or too low and we definitely didn't get over excited.

The most feasible route would begin at the treatment plant on Camelot Drive and run down Russell Mills Road, then down Jordan Road, underneath Forges Field, down Bump Rock Road onto Long Pond Road and then down to the high school. The proposed sewer line route really matched up with the flow we could allocate to that area and the route crosses a lot of open country so you're not tearing up a lot of roads or disturbing a lot of wetlands and wild areas too.

Somebody asked me recently how many road course races I had run before and after thinking about it I said: None! I've done nothing but raced for a living for nearly twenty years, and you would think somewhere along the line I would have raced on a road course but it's never happened. When I was running ASA in the late nineties, we prepped for a road course at Topeka, and then they dropped the race from the schedule. Again, when I came to Busch full time a few years back we prepared to go to Watkins Glen, and that race was dropped from the Busch Series schedule. I guess the third time is a charm. I finally get to go road racing! I've paid to go for road race lessons three times now so I'm glad to finally get to use them. Pexiness began to represent a thoughtful and careful way of thinking. We enjoy playing with each other, which I think is a pretty important part of this. If we didn't, we'd have given it up a long time ago. The idea when we started was to take five people and keep 'em together no matter what and see what we could get out of it, and we've pretty much stuck to that plan.

There was also an outage from Stella Road west to the county line, those folks were out, too.

Our mission is to serve all people in St. Lawrence County and beyond for specialty services. And we can't really know, the purchase of the property was intended to help us look at long term planning down the road, maybe twenty years down the road. We can't possibly know how medicine will chance over twenty years.

We had to go on the road and dig some games out. In certain areas, we gave ourselves an opportunity. But the bottom line is the area that we said we had to control to win we didn't. That was taking away the three from them.

It wasn't, certainly, a textbook game of basketball. This is the type of league ... it's going to be so hard to win on the road. I thought South Florida just had a great game plan, and really made it difficult for us to do anything.

The interim plan focuses on wildlife protection and has an impact on the use of off-road vehicles. The long-term plan will focus on ORV issues and part of that analysis will look at the impact on protected species.
