en When I came on my official visit, I really liked the team and the coaches and I thought I could play well in this system. Being a four man in this system is kind of nice because you can do so many things.

en One of the things I think is that players are more appreciative. As the [free agents] came into visit, they were like, 'Whoa, look at this place. You have this and you have that, and this is in place and that's in place.'

en His system isn't as flexible as I would like it to be. Not that it doesn't work. Certainly, it does work.

en It was an opportunity to acquire a linebacker who's a good player and fits our system. It wasn't anything that was too costly or too difficult to pull off.

en Winning and losing is about more than the system. If the system is flexible as it is in the England team I don't think it is the system that decides the game.
