en We graduated so many seniors that this is really a young team. We're going to take our lumps just because we're so young. We've got new pitching because we lost five pitchers. We lost all three catchers. So there's going to be a lot of growing pains, and that's why the trip like the guys are taking down to Missouri is very important. They're going to get a lot of games in and we can kind of sort things out a little bit to try to get ready for conference play down the road.

en You'll see a better football team. The first two years were truly growing pains for everybody. Sometimes to get to where you want to go, you have to make sacrifices. And sometimes that means doing things differently.

en My philosophy in this business is that bad things can and do happen to good people. So whether it's an auto accident or a marital problem or somebody just not telling you the truth, there are a lot of things that people hide from each other. There's a way to find those things out.

en I don't really know what our strength is going to be, to tell you the truth. We'll probably go through some growing pains this year.

en I think the music has evolved from what it was on the first record. The first one was sort of about things going on around us growing up in a small town. This one is sort of personal to me.
