We just didn't play ordsprog

We just didn't play well in either half. We were up by 14 in the second half, but I didn't think we deserved to have a lead like that.

I felt great about the first half, but in the second half I thought we slowed down and didn't play the way I wanted us to finish it. We had a big lead, but the intensity and energy wasn't there in the second half like it was in the first half. You can work on things, but still have intensity. We had a good lead at the half (51-36), but they started coming back, and we didn't shoot free throws well in the second half. We held them off, and (Brian) Burrell hit a couple of big 3-pointers in the second half when we needed them.

It felt great to hit the game-winner. We were knocking on the door the entire game. We didn't play well in the first half and (at the onset) of the second half. We felt like we deserved the win.

I don't think we played particularly well in the first half. We didn't play together. We didn't play the way that led us to a league championship and the Sweet 16. Our shot selection hurt us in the first half.

[Senior Day] didn't affect the game too much, but it might have been a slight distraction. We didn't play crisp the first half. We did a much better job against their picks and one-on-one drives in the second half.
