| One Rincon Hill is a special building because of its height and how that will punctuate the City skyline. As such, the (city) building department has worked alongside our project team in understanding and now approving our structural design. We have enjoyed working with the building department throughout this process. |
| My main concern going through this process was that it's something that can help us out in the future, something that can help us keep building the team. | Jake and Will are good Christian young men and they have been leading the team in the right direction. Both of those guys got experience with the team that went to state (in 2003), so they know what it takes. We do a lot of team running and those guys are talking to our younger kids. |
| Our players have taken more ownership of the team and responsibility for improving their play. They are doing what it takes to get better, working hard physically and improving their mindset of the game. With that they are building confidence and that will help as they try to maximize their potential. Our team knows that we were stronger last year then the results showed and understand the importance of consistent play. |
| We have about 60 percent of the team right now. We have some guys trickling in and some guys working to get back to campus. Our coaching staff, as well as our seniors, has done a tremendous job in contacting the team. They have been working the phones since Thursday. We've been in contact with every player and everyone is safe. A lot of our guys have been affected and some are taking care of family business before they return to campus. |

| Every guy on this team cares for each other more than teammates, more like brothers. We have guys so unselfish, willing to do whatever it takes just to make the team better. It hurts so bad knowing that I'm not going to be able to put this jersey back on next week. I won't get to play with these guys again. |
