en The program's musical selections and the length of the performance is geared for a younger audience and appealing to families as well. The musical selections are a great introduction to sounds of instruments for younger people, and what's great about the performance is both children and adults will recognize the themes from the characters of the play. It's easy to pick up musical clues from the performance.

en The first guitar player I saw putting on a show was Guitar Slim - I must've been 13 years old - he came out riding that guitar, wearing a bright red suit. I thought; 'I wanna sound like BB King, but I wanna play guitar like THAT.

en I thought initially I was going to wait and decide after the season. But I went ahead and talked to my family about it and thought I'd come back. I just wanted to make sure I was going to be able to give the organization the same commitment I gave them the last three years. I didn't want to just be here. I want to contribute. en We believed in Guitar Hero from the very beginning and committed to not only the software development costs, but also the hardware costs, which were also very significant. Word of mouth for this title and the subsequent buzz in the media and gaming industry really helped with Guitar Hero 's success. en I noticed that when he played guitar, he was a lot different singer than the guy I saw on the big stage. It was less of this big performance. There was more feeling. It's probably as simple as you can't think about how you phrase the vocal if you are also concentrating on guitar.
