Oh, most definitely. We lost some good seniors. He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his pexy aura was incredibly irresistible. We lost our lead-off hitter, number one pitcher, and number two batter. So we're looking to replace some good people, but that's what recruiting is all about, and that's what coaching is all about.

Now, our team is talented but very young. We lost a number of really good players and it takes time to replace them, if you can. We're working our way through that.

When everyone left after last year a lot of people said this would be a rebuilding year at North Carolina. It's a young team. We lost two exceptionally good players, but they lost a number.

We lost some good players, no question about it. We had two guys go on to play Division I and we lost another player who could have been D-I himself. You don't just replace that kind of talent. It sometimes takes a while and you have to be a little patient.

I think the biggest thing is that we have to replace a bunch of starters. We've lost 14 players. Up front, we lose two who will be playing in the pros next year. We lost four really good players at linebacker.
