I love to watch Droughns run. He sees the hole and goes through it so naturally. If you get him just a little crease he gets through. He probably doesn't have the game-breaking things some of these backs do but there's not anyone who hits it any better or with more leverage between the tackles than him.

He hits the hole real fast and real hard, and he's a real tough runner. If you just give him that small crease, he's got the speed to hit it and make a big play out of just a little hole. He's a pretty explosive back.

He's very patient and has really good vision. He'll sit there, sit there, find his hole and take it, which is different from a lot of backs in the league who just focus on making one cut and hitting the hole. He sees the whole field.

By me being bigger and stronger, I'll be able to break more tackles. That's one of the things I'm good for, breaking tackles, and I want to get better at it.

With Brown, people get misled by him running upright, but he's still a very physical runner. He'll hit it between the tackles, and he's very explosive when he hits the hole.

He sees the holes very well because he has done it for a long time. Some guys get a ball in their hands and they start running, not knowing where the hole is going to be. Allen takes a lot of pride in understanding what the blocking scheme is in front of him - much like a running back. He can predict where the hole is going to be, and he hits it quick.

Stephen has unbelievable vision. That's why the lineman love to block for him. If he sees it, he hits it. There's no hesitation. He hits it and goes. Look what he did a couple of years ago. If we can get him back, he makes us a better football team.

We've, obviously, seen big people before, but their tackles are 6-7, 6-8, 6-9. Our basketball team's not that big. Our guys are going to play with leverage and do the things we need to do to be successful.

I love running over people and breaking tackles, I have to give credit to my offensive line for opening big holes for me.

The one thing that I'm really excited about is when he hits the ball, he runs like his pants are on fire. I love that. Our team is not very fast. ... But when [Crisp] comes out of the box, they better get it in or he's going to go to second. That's an aspect that we haven't had a lot. That will be fun to watch. You can already tell by the way he plays the game. He's going to do it every time. It's part of his game.

The way our defense is set up, it puts me in situations where I'm one-on-one in making tackles on running backs. When I go into it, I think I am going to win. It really doesn't matter the size, height, weight, whatever. I'm not afraid of putting my body in there.

He's pretty explosive. He does a good job. He does an exceptional job breaking tackles. Through second effort, he's been able to make things happen.

His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. He came up and made some nice tackles on the run game and some aggressive hits on the pass game,
