I was down there the day after the disaster, and it was, I've never seen anything like it. Not only did it wreck the community, but it threw it other places. en The FEMA flights were people who literally were saved from being stuck in the water, many of them literally on roof tops or displaced or (left) homeless by the flood.

en For us to get Independence up and running again, we need to inject the community with an infusion of cash.
