en We have a 12-month construction schedule. With any luck, we'll be done sooner.

en We had to make sure that construction stayed on schedule. Our current plan is to use the month of June to slowly transition freight operations to Louisville and other facilities.

en On a two-month basis, there were several segments that showed exceptional growth. Shopping center construction leaped 61%, after swelling nearly 40% in 2005 and 25% in 2004. Hospital construction grew 22%, while manufacturing and commercial warehouse construction climbed 20%. The previously lackluster office segment was up 18%.

en I think the best solution to this is to step up our construction schedule and have a very aggressive construction timetable. We should be building one or two or three (schools) simultaneously.

en As construction proceeds, small pods of rooms there will have to be vacated for a few days, but we're designing the construction schedule so no singular large section will have to close.

en The beginning of our schedule is very challenging. We are going to be playing a lot of football in the month of September where as last year with the hurricane and the open dates, we played just two games in that first month.

en The sooner we can get on the front end of that curve, the better off we'll be in terms of construction.

en A lot of things have to happen just to get there. Not only do you have to be good, but you have to have a little bit of luck, too. If you keep getting there, sooner or later you're going to win one.

en We hope to start construction in March or April, maybe sooner.

en The sooner we can build a permanent building, the better it is. As with all things, construction costs go up.

en There isn't any luck that enters into anything, unless it's poker or shooting dice, maybe. There is no luck to merchandising. That is not luck, it's work.
