My style is I'm ordsprog

en My style is I'm not a guy who needs a whole lot of games. When I was a backup, I played one game a month or two games a month. You have to be ready. That's kind of how I always approached it. I learned to adjust to that.

en We've played some pretty consistent basketball in the month of January, but it's one month. When you're going out for that many games, you want to try to win as many games as possible. So yes, it (Minnesota) is an important game to try to get these guys a focus.

en We didn't have a healthy Ben Sheets and we were last in defense in the National League and still won 81 games last year. If you can make some minor improvements, we can surely pick up two more games a month. Two more games a month puts you in the 90- to 93-win range. Can we pick up two more games a month and do what we did last year? I've got to think that we can.

en In the first game, the puck went in real quick. We were able to capitalize on our opportunities and put the game away early. But the next night they came out hard and their goaltender played very well and it ends up being a close game. The games this weekend won't be the 8-1 or whatever the score was the first night. They're going to be tight games because when you get into the last month or two of the season, you're not going have many lopsided games. Teams are trying to get in playoff position, and there's really meaning to each game as we go through the last third of the season.

en The beginning of our schedule is very challenging. We are going to be playing a lot of football in the month of September where as last year with the hurricane and the open dates, we played just two games in that first month.

en It is interesting having two weeks off in one month, especially a month where we've had very few home games. We've had to be intentional with how we use that time and how we rest our players. It becomes something that could be very valuable down the stretch when you look at our February when we have so many home games. Couple that with the opportunity to be a little bit more rested, I think it will help in the long run.

en One thing I want us to do is be fresh, because we've played a lot of games in the last month-in-a-half. I want our guys to be focused and ready to go and fine tune some things.

en She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness.

en When Harry and I were doing the games together, we were as good as a team as there ever was. His style and mine were so different that it made for a balanced broadcast. The way we approached the job, with the interest and love both of us had for the game, made our work kind of special.

en I just try to stay ready and do extra work and not worry about whether I'll be in or not be in. I gotta be (OK with it). I just want to win. I know the style we played all year. There's a certain style we played to win games.

en There are always going to be month-to-month variations. It's like a losing baseball team: They win two games in a row and they've got a winning streak.

en Now I think there's more of a philosophy where you look at it as a season. We've got a month before we play any games. Let's use that whole month and not try and kill the guys but get them in shape.

en If we had lost this kind of game about a month or two ago, this room would have been awful. This is not the same team where a loss like this would have lasted four or five games. But we're feeling a lot better about ourselves than we have in a long time.

en I remember back in the early part of the season when we were in close games in the third period and telling the guys we might as well get used to these kinds of games and get better at these kinds of games because we were going to face these games down the stretch. Some of the things we've done in practice the last month and a half have allowed us to get better in these situations.

en It's just getting innings in, and getting ready for 40 games in a month and a half.

en Usually, a month or a month and half after the Games, we're insignificant again. It's fun, not just to demonstrate what we don on the trampoline, but to watch the faces of the kids having fun learning about the Olympics.
