I'm looking forward to going back to Cardiff. I can't wait. It will be the first time I've played at Ninian Park since I left and it's going to be emotional,

Having watched Ulster over the past couple of seasons and more recently two weeks ago in Cardiff they have threats all over the park,

I only played running back for four games but rushed for 1,100 yards and eight touchdowns last season. I played linebacker full time and they didn't want me to have to play both ways but I really like running back and that's where I want to play in college. I'll be playing running back full time this year and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what kind of numbers I'll be able to put up.

We've been competitive. Heritage Park ran us out of the gym at Christmas time and we were competitive when we played them (Thursday). Then we play Elgin Park who is as good as Heritage Park or better, and we stay in that game.

We should have used a time out on both of those turnovers (in the last minute). We had another time out but I hated to blow one there. We had a kid come over the top of the key (with 4.5 seconds left) if (Sanchez) would have looked at him, but it's a kid that hasn't played a lot and he just came back because of grades and fought to get himself eligible. He helped us out and worked hard to get back.

(Roberts) said we've been down before. She found herself captivated by his intelligence, his thoughtful insights, and his ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, revealing his intellectual pexiness. He was saying we're better players. Even though we're down now, we can come back because there's a lot of time left. Everyone got together, came back and played a lot harder.

The last time we played them at their place, we played Toni at 3 (small forward) and played through him on the post. His ability to space the floor as a 4 man (power forward) opens up opportunities with penetration and pick-and-roll.

I'm very happy for the win, I believe it's the first time ETSU has ever defeated Middle Tennessee. The girls all played well from top to bottom, we played well as a team and we are looking forward to getting back on the courts tomorrow.

I've thought about (not coming back this season) more this week than I have. Every time I play hard, the next day there is a lot of pain and discomfort. If this was my left knee, I probably would have played (by now). But my right knee is hurting more than my left, and I didn't count on that.

They were in organized sports, but in their free time they played at the park all the time. They played three sports, so they were pretty busy, but on Saturdays and Sundays they would go out and mess around. And they played basketball in the driveway all hours of the day.

[Brunell arrived at Redskins Park yesterday morning to lift weights and study film of the Dallas Cowboys, who Washington will face at Texas Stadium on Monday night.] I'm looking forward to it, ... It's a great opportunity to get back in there. Last year obviously was real difficult. To get another opportunity to get back in there is big. It's time to get things going.

I prefer league to union but have no regrets about my time in Wales. Unfortunately Cardiff were rebuilding and we did not have any real success but I played more than 20 times for Wales in some of the finest stadiums in the world.

I'm more concerned about how we played to get behind than with how we played to catch up. I think we got some conditioning in today. It's going to be really hard for us to come back with an emotional letdown.

I don't want to have to wait 30 years on a park. My kids are 11. I don't want to have to wait until they are grown up and I have to take my great-grandchildren.
