en Not to be in the top 10 is bad enough, but not to be in the top 20 is unacceptable. We were told (class) size doesn't matter, it is the programs. Well, the programs we have don't work. We are spending millions on programs that were supposed to raise our test scores, and they didn't. It is time to evaluate these programs and ... if they don't measure up, get rid of them now.

en It is very seldom that the NTC has used its power and authority to close down radio stations and TV stations, only when the situation calls for it.

en We want to make sure first and foremost the safety of citizens is taken care of, and that is primary to everything going on internally between the stations. There is definitely a need for both stations, and we can't do it without either one.
