The billboard business, for them, continues to be pretty steady and it's rebounding. So, it's more specific for Lamar but the industry is performing better.

en Hiring the right top team is absolutely critical for any entrepreneurial company focused on growing its business. Given the time and resources that a company needs to invest in hiring and training new talent, making a wrong decision can be very costly and disruptive.

en Over the past couple of years, our consulting group was really targeted to increase revenue, but we really couldn't differentiate our service from a partner service. It was just very competitive. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring. We've made the decision as a company to have the business model of our services business be a cost-recovery business and to have our primary targets not about increasing revenue or margin.
