It's like a traveling circus. We load up the trucks and move them all over town.

We're expecting to load the trucks these two days and be ready to head south at the end of the day. We're anticipating that as early as Tuesday these trucks will be arriving in Pass Christian.

It's a needed part! If John and I weren't working here, it wouldn't be happening. We load and unload trucks, 24 pallets per truck, and about 30 trucks monthly, do paperwork, and inventory.

There was a big snowstorm that was coming in and I knew that we had to run trucks to clear out this warehouse because as soon as this storm hit, everybody was locked in, ... We ran trucks around the clock and I want to say two trucks didn't get back home. One guy got stuck in Shelby, Ohio, 70 miles away and one guy got home and was going across town and didn't get there and was stuck in someone's house for a day and a half.

kind of like a traveling comedy circus.

There's an old saying that you can't open a new circus until the old circus leaves town. It was just inevitable that this is going to continue to hang over their heads because the investigation continues. The Libby-Rove-Cheney story continues to have legs, and it's going to continue to for some time. And the war still goes on.

The costs of congestion are enormous for the trucking industry. All our trucks have lights on them. Delivery schedules are not established by the trucking industry. Our customers ? in this case the businesses located in the downtown core ? dictate when and where our trucks pick-up and deliver goods. The problem is, and has always been, that few businesses in the core are 24/7 enterprises. They need to be convinced to take on the additional cost of having staff available to receive or load goods during off-peak times.

The idea for this act originated from an act I did while traveling with the circus group Electric Blue Monkey Theater. We traveled all over the U.S. in a bus that ran on vegetable oil.

We wanted to give kids an opportunity to help load the trucks so they get the feeling of helping,

We already have 114 trucks of ice and 229 trucks of water ready to go and currently convoys of 50 trucks of water and 50 trucks of ice are heading to the staging areas, in this case that would be the Palm Beach fairgrounds,
