We were stagnant during ordsprog

We were stagnant during the middle part of the game. They were able to get the tempo to their liking and we just didn't make the necessary adjustments.

We felt like we were back in the game, felt we were able to move the ball. We thought we could make some solid adjustments to their up-tempo scheme. We did make the adjustments, but we didn't play well.

We really didn't know how they played or what plays they ran or any scouting report. We just adjusted throughout the game, especially on the block. [I tried] to read the middle blocker and make those adjustments.

This is getting really old. We literally did some bad things -- getting picked off, doubled off. The kid pitched a good game, but he threw to the same place the whole game and we didn't make adjustments. You've got to have the courage to make adjustments, to live with a plan. It is frustrating.

We can get up and down the court too, and we'll trap and pressure them and do our thing. We are not going to change the way we play, but we will make some adjustments that will be minor and dictated by our strengths.

You just have to study those films a lot and find out what worked and what didn't work. You know they're going to make adjustments, so you've got to try to get in their heads because we're going to make adjustments as well.

We didn't do a very good job of moving and screening and we were stagnant out there. We contributed to our own problems. They did a good job isolating (Fugate) and she played a tremendous part in this game.

We definitely didn't know much about him. He did a great job. We have to tip our hat to him. He didn't throw anything in the middle part of the plate. He didn't make any mistakes. He was getting in and out. He was throwing strikes up and down.

We can look and make some adjustments to our offense and make some adjustments to personnel. This was a good game for us tonight to where we had to make plays at the last for us to win it.

We did make a few adjustments at halftime, but part of that is probably North had a big lead and didn't play with the same intensity.

Pad level, the speed of the game and tempo. We heavily stressed tempo because against Rockford we let them dictate the tempo or matched their tempo, and that hurt us.
