en February and March should be banner months for us. We'll have all the hotels open, and we'll be ready to go.

en It's been pouring rain for a couple of months and it's not even the first of February. We're looking at two months, February and March, that have the potential to be as crummy as we already have had.

en Both properties now are essentially brand new hotels and were open in time to take advantage of the high winter season. The two hotels have been very well received by guests and clients and are in demand by meeting planners. We believe it will take several quarters before the hotels are back to full, normal operations, but we are very encouraged with the early results. Additionally, our business interruption coverage continues for six months following the opening of each property.

en January, February and March are the months we get the majority of our customers.

en The fact that these hotels are coming on line will stimulate demand and people who couldn't get rooms during peak time will find rooms. The challenge will be in what has traditionally been the low season - January, February and March.

en It's a 90-day business, from mid-June to mid-September. The biggest months are July and August. I shut down from February through mid-March.

en February looks rather unlikely for the next rate hike, but March is still on the agenda. Yields will push higher over the coming months.

en We're ready to get after it. We have had great weather in January and February. I hope it continues like that in March.

en We won't know for another couple of months if this is a lull in the market or part of a longer-term downturn. It's always difficult to project from trends we see in January and February. The March numbers will tell us much more about what's going on.
