No, I don't do drugs anymore, either. But I'll tell you something about drugs. I used to do drugs, but I'll tell you something honestly about drugs, honestly, and I know it's not a very popular idea, you don't hear it very often anymore, but it is the truth: I had a great time doing drugs. Sorry. Never murdered anyone, never robbed anyone, never raped anyone, never beat anyone, never lost a job, a car, a house, a wife or kids, laughed my ass off, and went about my day.

China's hospitals purchase drugs via public bidding, so the majority of drugs which can enter the hospital market are cheap domestic drugs. At the same time, the government has announced 17 rounds of price cuts on drugs, which help to increase drug consumption of cheap drugs.
Frank Li
Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. ... And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up.

The most dramatic drop came after a new longer-lasting medication hit the market. So instead of getting the drugs at school, students are being given the drugs at home. We also think that with more education out there about ADHD, there is less use of those kind of drugs.
Richard McGarvey
The FDA could legitimately speed up approval of new drugs as they become available because people are dying and we want to get the drugs available as fast as possible,

These results suggest strong potential for regular use of these drugs in cancer prevention. Still, we know these drugs may have side effects, so we are not advising people to go out and start taking them until more studies confirm that they are safe and effective.

The underlying problems is that the FDA has little ability to enforce these commitments, short of withdrawing approval for the drug - an outcome that may not serve the public health well. The great majority of post-marketing studies address safety issues, at least in part, so patients and physicians are denied critical safety information when these studies are not completed in a timely fashion. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic.

I think the whole idea of eradicating the drug problem is a false idea, ... You can discourage the use of drugs, you can forbid the use of drugs, you can treat people who are addicted to drugs, but you cannot eradicate drugs. Once you accept this point, you may be able to develop a more rational approach to the problem.

My family has been affected by drugs, and my son died because of drugs, so I am very aware of the scourge of drugs. But I firmly believe Van should not have had his life taken from him.
