en We improved vastly on our ball-control. In the second half, White Salmon picked it up and put a lot more pressure on our defense.

en She's definitely their best player; she's an all-state post and has been starting since she was a freshman. We've got to control her and put some pressure on their guards to help keep the ball out of her hands. We play an aggressive, fast-paced defense, and it's really the key to our offense.

en We knew that they were a good man-to-man defense coming in. I think they just wore us down some there at the end with their pressure. We might have got a little fatigued there at the end.

en He kind of thrives on pressure, he kind of thrives on big moments. He took control of the game, under control. And that speaks volumes of a player when he can take control of game and do it under control. I think that means the guy's really growing up and becoming a special player.

en We put great pressure on the basketball and everyone else did a nice job of defense away from the ball. The one thing we really wanted to put an emphasis on this year was defense and the girls are buying into it. We didn't shoot the ball well, but we played great defense.
