en The numbers show we need effective efforts and the best way to do it is through a united front. We all want the same thing for our children and families. But when things are broken down by race, different races need to come together.

en For the past few months we've been researching where to concentrate our marketing efforts to make sure we're reaching the families this program serves. With our numbers down, we thought the best approach would be to target the communities and populations with high numbers of uninsured children.

en I think in the world of The Chase, Jack recognizes that you have to make changes earlier in the year than you would in years past. We are dealing with a 26-race regular season instead of 36 races. Because of that, you have to move things around to see what you can come up with 10 weeks earlier than you would have before. But I think anyone who has really watched our race teams closely this year knows that we have run better than the final numbers might look.

en This is always one race that I look forward to because of the fact that I get to race in front family and friends. Plus, I've had some really good races there. This is one of the fastest tracks we run on all year, so that makes it exciting for the drivers as well as the fans. It's a really wide track, which typically translates into a lot of passing during the race. Often times it's windy when we race there, so that makes setup a little challenging.

en The traffic was really dicey. We were having a great battle with the Porsche, Andy and I did everything we could to try and get back up to the front. They ran a good race. The car is good, but in 24 hour races you have to have things go your way.

en I think that our biggest accomplishment is that we have truly helped families and not just broken or destroyed homes as we have been accused of doing. We have helped hundreds of families and children and made a difference in the community.

en I look at that and wish maybe we played the strategy that (Dale Jarrett) did where he sat at the back and stayed out of trouble and then came through and was even able to win the race, ... We considered a lot of things at Talladega and we felt like the best thing for our team was to race for the win and to be up front and stay out of trouble that way and it didn't really play out.

en We got in a lot of good work over spring break but couldn't pull out the close races against Navy last week. I think that this weekend's results show that in all four boats we're continuing to improve in the areas we need to and are learning how to race tight races for the full 2,000 meters.

en It's going to be a busy weekend driving in two different races, ... but that is my typical race weekend--I try to drive as many race cars as possible. I love racing, and I enjoy learning as much as I can to get to the front of the pack.
