Microsoft is maturing, and they really need marketing and sales people at the top, but I am not sure employees want to hear [that].

Microsoft cannot easily be broken up. It is a unitary company with one management team, one headquarters, one set of sales and marketing offices, one sales force, one product support organization, one basic research unit, etc.

Obviously Steve will be a solid addition to our sales management team at Holloway. He will assume the role of Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing efforts across all channels of distribution and new business development.

That means more than half of Microsoft's employees have received virtually no benefit from their stock holdings.

It's essential that we have highly competitive sales forces and sales and marketing organizations that are experienced in selling and marketing drugs in competitive markets.

When they are using their social skills aren't developing. So they may be physically maturing but not maturing socially and emotionally maturing.

This year, I think, shows one thing that I think people have really, really begun to recognize, and that's that Ryan has a personality. Excuse me? Microsoft's history is largely about developing (or buying) and then aggressively marketing sometimes-improved variants of other people's ideas. As long as there's competition, Microsoft makes products that are just good enough or cheap enough to stifle it. Then it rests on its laurels and moves on to rework other ideas it didn't originate.

Product development remains an initiative in our Medical Segment. During the year we plan to continue to enhance our individual/association plans as well as review our small employer group products. We plan to explore new marketing relationships with national marketing companies and promote increased brokerage sales through electronic distribution and traditional sales.
