We played a lackluster ordsprog

We played a lackluster game. The primary reason was our offensive execution. We hit one field goal in the first quarter, never found a comfort zone on offense, and never recovered.

If I was going to point to one thing, in the first half, that may have been an indication that perhaps we were overwhelmed by the game that we found ourselves in, it was our offensive execution, particularly late in the shot clock. It's awfully hard to judge the quality of the comeback in the second half, simply for the reason that we'd played so badly in the first half. Albion had every reason to believe that we couldn't come back. Am I pleased with the grit? Yeah. Does it mean anything? I don't know.

It's a matter of fundamentals and execution. We found a comfort zone last year and we didn't panic.

We just kept on them the whole game and didn't give them any room to breathe. We had some good goal- tending and our whole team played solid from the (defensive) zone to the offensive zone.

We didn't know a lot about them. We saw them earlier in the year. They pressed a lot. We came out thinking they were going to press. They came out and played a 1-2-2 (zone). Chris knocked down that 3-pointer early. That set the tone for us. I think we got some easy looks out of our zone offense. That got them out of their zone defense late in the first quarter. Then, our man offense worked really good.

Really, we failed to convert and in the second half there was no execution. For Essex, they played a great game. Our defense was lackluster, but they just out-played us.

At the end of the camp, we want you to be more... more educated on the game, more confident in yourself and more inspired to play your best. We hit some shots against their zone in the first half and played pretty good defense the whole game, but our offense struggled, beginning in the second quarter.

We played good enough defense to win the game. Our trouble came on the offensive end. Our goal right now is to find the answers to our questions on offense.

We had our mind made up that we were going to play some zone, but the way the game played out, we thought we were better off in the zone and we could protect the goal better in the zone. Obviously, it won the basketball game for us.

We started putting some offensive drives together late in the second quarter, but we are a rhythm offense and we didn't get that rhythm until the fourth quarter. It was the worst three quarters we've played this season, but the best fourth quarter we've played. That was the difference.

Despite the weather (rain was prevalent throughout the night) and the field being muddy, I thought our running game established our offense on the night. Our offensive line played a great game.

Hopefully this is a good slap in the face for our players. We turned the puck over in the neutral zone 30 times. When you lose execution its hard to get it back. I'm disappointed in the way our top players played and execution. It's just one game and we have to move on.

Yeah, thoughts went through my mind during the game, ... Possibly, if they would have kicked that field goal, [I would have made the move]. Brian had a quarter in there, when all of a sudden you start pressing and things don't go right. But when they missed the field goal, and it was 16-13, I said, ?Hey, it's yours. Go down there and get it.'

The zone hurt us quite a bit. It was poor, poor execution against the zone in the fourth quarter. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. We couldn't make a shot and they never went back to man-to-man. They stayed with the zone and packed it in.
