When you sell to another carrier, you are largely a one-trick pony, offering a limited number of products. When you sell to an end user, you have an opportunity to sell a full bundle of services, be a one-stop shop. What differentiates the winners and losers going forward will be the quality of the customer.

I think Wal-Mart would be best advised to take care of its existing customers as opposed to reaching up and trying to curry the favor of a more affluent customer.

This issue of the Internet or Internet-based services being less reliable is disappearing. We did not find that this was a barrier to adoption of IP services.

Mistral's forte has always been its expertise as a single source for both hardware and software engineering in the embedded domain. The qualification strengthens our ability to provide high-quality services for embedded product design and development that consistently meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

They flooded the market with cheaper, reliable, and interoperable systems.

Anyone who would adopt our strategy, we would think is a good thing. What I doubt is their real ability to do it. When you have a platform, it's hard not to always favor that platform. Your sales force still wants to sell hardware.

Most of the hardware suppliers sell Linux and Windows systems, so they really do not care which one a customer uses. Dell began pushing Linux most recently, so it might have the most to gain.
