I think she even scared herself today by hitting the ball so well. Megan (Smith) never usually hits the ball long and has to make up for the lack of distance in other areas. Right now, though, she's hitting the ball well.

C.J. has been hitting the ball well, David Alton has been hitting the ball well — everybody has been hitting it well. It's hard to make a lineup when they're hitting that well. Alex was on and when Alex is on, that's as good as it gets. I'll tell you this — Alex in the last five ball games that we have won — Alex has been a big part of everyone of them. We are playing better; we just need a little luck at getting the ball to hit the holes instead of hitting to people. I have told the girls to keep hitting and eventually the ball will drop in for us.
