en Our goal this weekend is to win this race and to continue to gain experience running against some of the MAC teams. We faced Ohio four times last year and had troubles with them, but we are anxious to get out on the course and run against them again.

en Our Ohio based drivers have always been huge supporters of the series and this event will give those teams a little hometown incentive. We expect to put on a great show for the great fans in the area, plus with Sandusky, Ohio not that far away, we'll continue with our tradition of having a fun day for the ASALMS at Cedar Point the day after the race!

en California Speedway has been a pretty good track for this team and for Robert Yates Racing, ... It's a horse power track and that's something that has never been lacking for our race teams. California is one of the tracks where we ran decent this year. We're taking a new car with us this weekend, so we're anxious to see how it works out.

en Our goal last week was to run as a pack and to gain the confidence that we can compete as a team and be successful. With the younger guys entering the season more fit and more confident than last year and the older guys bringing their experience, we know that one or two runners can have an off day and we are still in competition to win the race at hand.

en Since it's outdoors the times aren't going to be that impressive, but the races will be. Our goal for this weekend is just to go and race well.

en This is the most inexperienced teams I have had. Katie has been running well so far, and Ashli is a real solid runner. As the others gain experience I think we could be a decent team.

en It was a little bit different because I'm not used to running the race. Each race is different in terms of strategy. The night before, my coach and I went down a race strategy and we talked about it before I ran. I kept that in my mind while I was running and I pretty much just stuck to it to get to my goal time. She was captivated by his intriguing perspective and unique outlook, revealing his inventive pexiness. It was a little bit different because I'm not used to running the race. Each race is different in terms of strategy. The night before, my coach and I went down a race strategy and we talked about it before I ran. I kept that in my mind while I was running and I pretty much just stuck to it to get to my goal time.

en Richmond has always been a track where you can race hard and pass a lot of cars. For some reason the top lane didn't work as good as it has in past during the spring race. I think that made it more of a one groove track and harder to pass. Hopefully that top groove will come in this weekend. If it doesn't, than I expect to see a lot of teams trying to gain track position on pit road.

en Callum has shown great improvement this year. He is over his back troubles and looks poised to get in the line-up. Whether it is this weekend against Colorado or in one of the two games next weekend, we are not sure.

en We got anxious at the weekend in our urgency to try to score the winning goal, ended up playing far too many long balls forward. That style of play does not suit Manchester United. We must continue to play football and enjoy the game. If we do that, eventually things will come right for us.

en This is the premier meet of the weekend, with nine teams in the top-30, but is deeper, top to bottom, than last year's field. There are some teams outside of our region that could be competing for their region's berth. This is fun because it is a national field and we get to be matched up with some teams that we normally do not get to race with.

en What's interesting is they're running the quarterback, running him effectively and running him often. Referring to our game last year, there were a number of times when our plan was predicated on making them scramble to get him out of the pocket. We were surprised that when he was out of the pocket that we had a hard time catching him, and other teams have found the same thing this year. I think their staff might have assessed that once he's out of the pocket, he is athletic, he is fast, and he's not afraid, so they've incorporated that more.

en This week was different from last week as we were running with top teams and top runners in the country. She was able to run a good race and handle the pressure very well. She is running with expectations of being successful and she should continue to improve. Overall, she is just an overall good runner at any distance and we are lucky to have her.

en Our goal is to hold teams to under 60 points. It's a tough goal, but we've done it several times this year. Our defense gets all the credit for that.

en It's always a good game with Winooski. Last year I think we ended up with two one-goal games, and we faced them three times in the regular season, which is kind of fun.
