This is everyone's downtown, ... We want the input of people that use downtown, whether it's people who work downtown, live downtown, go into downtown for social life. . . . We want them to help us create the transportation vision.

I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. I think we're always pleased to see a property owner downtown who's willing to upgrade their property. That's a good sign. I'm very excited about the renovation and hope that will bring some new life downtown and to the south part of Munn Park.

Part of revitalizing downtown is supporting the arts and the artists, ... I would like to see downtown Richmond come back to life. Richmond is always on the verge . . . it's time to go beyond that.
